Leandro Mancini as studied Architecture, Design in post production, photography and editing: and a Bachelor of Advertising. He began his career in the production area, then developed himself as an editor, entering the world of postproduction. Later he continued his work as an assistant director, where he gained experience working with renowned directors. Finally, he decided to put all his Direction knowledge and began his career as part of the staff of various international production companies.
In 2001 he started his own business and founded Rasti Films, where he is the Director and founding partner. Lean as Director specializes in the acting, humor and storytelling. He is obsessed with art, aesthetics and post production design.
Throughout his career, Lean was awarded several international awards: in 2011 with 'Andy Warhol' made for the Malba won the gold award in the Monteaux Festival, FIAP Bronze, also was a finalist in The New York Festival and Cannes Lions. In 2010 with 'Mundo Suave' of Elite was a finalist for The Sun of Latin America. In 2009 thanks to his work 'Bombero' of Empléate received the first prize from ANDA. But this is not new to him, in 1998 he was a finalist at Cannes Lions with 'Dog'. In 1996 he was a finalist in The New York Festival with 'Water Closet', this work also won first prize in the Argentine Creative Circle. That same year he was a finalist for Platinum Pen with 'Pen' of Cablevision. And in 1996 thanks to 'Suicide' of Hitachi, he won the gold award in the festival Monteaux.
In June 2013 he joined the roster of Miami Film Roll, representing our production company in all U.S.
Rafa Lara began his career as Director of Film, TV and advertising at age 22. He created in the United States "The Edge of the law", the first latin drama serial on the same standards of the American TV Serials.
He has Direct Publicity Campaigns for brands like TOYOTA, KIA, Johny Walker, BMW, Daewoo, Panasonic, PEMEX, Corona Beer, Coca Cola, among others.
La Milagrosa (Colombia, 2008), The Fifth Commandment (Mexico, 2010), Red Lips (Mexico, 2011), Cinco de Mayo, The Battle (Mexico, 2013), Nothing happens here (Mexico, 2014), Size does matter (Mexico, 2016) are some of his films as Filmmaker.
Rafa Lara is developing a Horror Movie, an Epic War film, and a Psychological Thriller, in coproduction with Europe, USA and Canada.
In all his films Rafa Lara has been the Director, Writer, Producer and Editor.
In July 2016 he joined our roster of directors .
Pedro García-Mejía (Toto) studied filmmaking in Bogota. For the past 12 years, he has directed commercial, fiction and documentary films in Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, Central America, the United States, and Mexico. He has been awarded in renowned publicity festivals, winning 2 Bronze Lions at the Cannes Festival for his publicity campaigns “Paralife I Work For Free” and “TweetBullets”.
Pedro directed three short films, “Gas”, “Metal Child” and “BIG,” which have been selected and awarded in over 30 festivals, including Clermont-Ferrand (the most relevant short-film festival in the world), Cannes, Morelia, Cartagena, Sao Paulo, and Toulouse.
Currently, he’s working in "Salt Tree"—his Debut Feature film as a director and in the script for "La Frontera de las Tinieblas," a story set in the Mexico-USA border.
Pedro shoots all kinds of things, particularly storytelling, humor, and acting, using interesting visual contents which follow the latest trends. Behind each of his projects, there is an obsession for details, talent, a cool attitude, and faith in hard work. Since March, 2013, he is part of the roster at Miami Film Roll, represented by our producing company throughout the USA.

Mr Santiago Garcia is an audiovisual award winning director that has participated in projects all around the world, making a name for himself in the different markets were he has develop his craft.
He has an upbringing in production, since a young age he has been working in all aspects of this craft since his family owned a production company, "D-linea films" that gave him the opportunity while being very young, of working with top names and top brands in the business.
After graduating from New york film academy he moved to Spain, where Up until 2004 he was Main editor-Post supervisor for all kinds of big format projects, such as Big Brother, Fear Factor, Survivors, several scripted shows a couple of movies for the spanish market and a big etcetera.
From 2004 he decided to start directing, first he concentrated on Video clips, working with a lot of big names in the spanish market, and also in advertising tv spots.
Then he went on to handle pieces with larger content, through the year he has made a big career in Entertainment handling big format brands such as The Voice, The Apprentice, Xfactor, Farmer seeks wife, Xtreme make over house edition, and a long etcetera.
He also participated in a couple of very big Scripted series, along with one of the biggest comedy sketches show in the spanish market.
In 2012 he was recruited by Endemol and brought to the USA to start directing Big Brand entertainment, later to be recruited by NBC were he collaborated in shows like "la voz kids" "Yo Me llamo" and "Top Chef" along with many other smaller projects and development.
Since Santiago Garcia has been always making a difference in television making the content be surrounded by a beautiful package (image and edit) and having the budget and time challenges that TV has, it happened that in todays reality he made for an outstanding advertising director, because he has the know how that allows to make an incredible audiovisual product, in less time and budget.
It all started in Cusco, Peru where Kenneth was born and raised. After many years of nourishing his creative energy in the Andes, he moved to Lima to study Filmmaking at Toulouse Lautrec Institute.
After completing his diploma, he then moved to Miami and initially deployed his skills making music videos and directing spots and commercials for the Hispanic market in the US.
In 2007 after being nominated for an Emmy™ Award on his post production work on a US Hispanic Docureality series, he directed his first feature film: Duelos de pasarela which was selected by several festivals, including the Festival de cine de Cancún and the Delray Beach Film Festival. At the time, he also focused his energy on directing his short film Detrás de mis ojos, featuring at several festivals, including the Rhode Island International Film Festival and the Festival de Cine de Lima and scooping up prizes such as Best Short Film at the Florida Media Market Global Conference.
Kenneth was also nominated for a Latin Grammy™ in 2012 on the "Best Music Video" category for his directorial work on "En el Tiempo" a song from Colombian singer Rakel. He is also being awarded with The Telly Award, The Communicator Award and The Addy's 2011 and 2012 for his work on advertising.
Diego Andrade is a creative and versatile award-winning filmmaker, born and raised in Cali Colombia; his career began as a camarographer when he was only 13 years old; his first work as a director started with the film "mi mejor amigo" (My best friend) in 1996 when he was 21 years old. He has also taught workshops in different universities in his country. Since his audiovisual training is a mixture coming from the theater, film and advertising Diego has successfully directed several commercials and contents for television and social media including: "Baila Fanta" for The Coca Cola Company, "La Raya de Pedro" for HBO and Movie city, "Pony Retos" for Bavaria Colombia, "Chronicles of the Dream in New York", "7 Cerros Medellin" for NAT GEO and RCN, "anti-landmine campaign" with Colombian multi-Grammy Award winner Juanes for Mc Cann Erickson in collaboration with the UFC Mines.; as well as more than 60 video clips for artists like Cali y El Dandee (Universal music spain), piso 21 (PISO 21 MUSIC), Cabas (EMI MUSIC), Mauricio & Palodeagua (EMI MUSIC), Alicastro (SONY MUSIC), Sin Animo de Lucro (UNIVERSAL MUSIC).
One of his short films "El Legado" opened the FICCI Cartagena Film Festival in its 50 years.
Diego has won several awards such us: "Ojo de Oro (Festival Ojo de Iberoamérica)–Best Commercial in Colombia 2011, Short list Cannes Film Festival 2007 and 2012, Commercial - Nokia 6131.
Diego has worked with the London B.B.C on the documentary World Takes, Discovery Channel, Fashion TV, M.T.V, H.T.V., Discovery Channel, The National Geographic, Sum Channel, Cosmopolitan TV, etc.
